Don Proctor (wrote Labyrinth Lord & more) put a blog post up with some disturbing information. Here is the link to his post: uhluhtcawakens.blogspot.com/2011/06/osr-publishing-group-at-lulu-is-dead.htmlTo summarize though, Lulu is getting rid of groups. The trollbridge site there is a group site. I have not tested for myself the veracity of what Dan is talking about, but have no reason to doubt him either. Apparently no new material can be posted to a group site, and the groups will eventually (soon?) be disbanded. Now I have been pretty out-of-it as regards gaming in general and not keeping up with things very well for the past few months and do not see myself having much free time again until mid-July. I think that in the end, it is not such a bad thing for the 'zine since Flying Buffalo has been putting them on their RPGNow site. Everyone who put something up there had to do so through their own individual Lulu account, so there's no danger that these things are going to just disappear - nevertheless - I thought it was nice to have a 'storefront' with material from different authors & sources. I've not tried setting up anything on RPGNow (but I know others of you have) - is this a viable option? I am curious if anyone has any ideas. -Greg

I've just been looking around their support forums and don't see any talk on this.
If anyone has something they would like to include on the Trollbridge store they could link in in and I'll approve it, as a test.
I just don't have anything ready to upload at the moment.

The last time I tried to add something, back when the most recent issue of Elder Tunnels came out, the submission page was gone. I wrote to somebody (Ragnorakk, I think) but kind of forgot about it when there was no response.

Apologise: While there is no murmur of the Groups going away in the support area. The pages to manage the Groups are gone too.
While they are a good service, they seem very heavy handed and even more focused on "Book Authors" not us fringe.
The Zine downloads had dropped right off from there. While I think it served us well, it was a real nightmare getting it up there.

Look on the bright side-laser printers are down to the $100.00 mark in the office supply stores these days, and there are plenty of binding tutorials on the web...
(my Brother laser printer was much, much cheaper-but then most folk won't risk $15.00 on electronics at a flea market either!)

Sorry about that Peryton - hoping the message was sent thru Lulu so I can blame them, otherwise I can only blame m'self for not seeing it if it was to my email.

I'm not even sure it was you, and wherever I sent it, I could have followed up but never did so I can hardly complain.
