The number of legitimate places to purchase Tunnels and Trolls rules, adventures, and supplements is growing. Here is a list of places to go to find authorized T&T products for sale and for free:

Patrice Geille has put together a European T&T Renaissance with his exceptional line of products including an edition of the T&T rules, three solo adventures, and two GM adventures. The production quality of these books is outstanding, far and away the best being produced currently. They even include new art by T&T greats like Liz Danforth. If you can read French they are worth checking out and probably even if you don't.
