Charles settles back, keeping an eye on the passage back to the east, happy that he does not have to be the one opening the door this time.

Melanthios opens first the south door and then north door. The rooms behind both are long abandoned and empty.
The south room is 30' by 30' with a short, 10' long, corridor leading into it. The north room is T-shaped, a 10' corridor, followed by a room 30' wide and 10' deep.
Continuing westward, the corridor runs another 50' and ends in an impenetrable metal door.

"Lets check out the south room first, I'll give it a look for hidden passages or trapdoors"
Matching word to deed Drugan will make a close examination of the walls and floor for unusual projections, uneven stones, suspicious cracks, hollow spaces, strange patterns and other suspect minutiae.

Quinlan scuttles in behind Drugan, not actually looking for traps in the true sense of the word but ready to react to those Drugan sets off (and ready to haul his lifeless body out of the way if necesary)...

Drugan cannot spot any secret passages, but as he walks around the room he slips on something on the floor. When bending down for a closer look, Drugan notices a tarnished silver coin. The coin is so corroded that it is almost black and it is covered with slime and dark green mold. In the cracks between the floor stones Drugan sees another one and then a few more.
OOC: Apparently there's a lot of coins scattered across the room. Those who want to find some can make a L1SR on LK or DEX. A success means you find three dice worth of coins, multiplied by the number of points you scored over the SR level. So if you roll 24 on the SR, you would multiply the result of the three dice by 4. Every roll requires one whole turn of searching. A failed roll means you only find as many coins as your roll (dice show 4, you found 4 coins).
PS: These SR's don't accumulate EP.

Drugan tries his luck ( or in this case DEX ) but only manages to find 7 coins. Good for frosty mug of ale at least!

Charles, seeing the others collecting coins from the slimy floor, rushes in and scours his own corner of the room. However, his hurried search only turns up four coins.

Poncho: "Coo, free silver."
Poncho's search nets him a six coins.

Drugan shines a coin on his sleeve.
"Well that is something eh?"
"Now lets see what the other room holds for our pockets shall we?"
Saying this Drugan will make his way carefully into the adjourning room and repeat his investigation for hidden passages, trapdoors, hidden panels or traps.

Charles follows Drugan into the northern room with his spear ready for any gill man treachery, but secretly hoping for slime-coated rubies.

Quinlan sifts through the slime for silver! 2d6 +13 5 + 4 + 13 = 22
And succeeds! 3 dice for coin... 3d6 3 + 5 + 4 = 12
Sweet, 1.2 GPs... Was there a reason I did that?

Quinlan wipes the muck from his haul and realises he had more loot than he first thought!
