Drugan's spell has no effect on the door, he only feels drained and unfulfilled (-2 ST and no EP). You might be able to chisel away the stone around the hinges, but it will take a couple of hours and be very noisy.

OOC: Is it possible to see under the door or through the keyhole?
Also are the hinges exposed, perhaps we could use the crowbar to pop the pins out and lift the door off the frame.
If not could we drill out the lock or use the chisel to disengage the bolt?
I'm staring to sound like a safe cracker. ;D

Melanthios: "This seems like a waste of time to me too seeing as we already know what's on the other side of this door because we've been in there already."
"I say we go east, then north through the kitchen and try the passage going west from there which we haven't explored yet."

Drugan twirls his trident and bows to Melanthios.
"I must admit to being a bit turned around by these underground passages, Lead on good Melanthios our quarry awaits!"
"Forgive my persistence, but when I am faced with an obstacle my first thought is to go through it"
"Subtlety is not my forte" ;D

Quinlan: "Through the kitchen it is then. I would be somewhat less confused if only our mapper would add room numbers or letters..." ;D

"Agreed," says Charles. "Enough with this door and back to the kitchen. I wonder why these doors are so well sealed if you can circle around them so easily."
Charles takes position at the front of the group with Melanthios.

The unxeplored western corridor ends in a closed door after 50'. You take the usual precautions and Melanthios opens the door. The room behind the door is 50' wide and 20' deep, very grimy and completely empty. Its only feature is a short 10' corridor in the middle of the west wall, opposite your entry, ending in another door.
Expecting more of the same, you pass through the room and open the other door. The room behind it is so expansive that your feeble lantern can only light a small part of it. More correctly this room is actually a large hall with a high ceiling and a 40' by 40' pool of water in the middle. The inside walls of the pool are fluorescent and casts a wavering light on the large stone monolith that rises from its middle.

Drugan furrows his brow as he peers into the gloom at the menacing monolith.
"Lets get some more light before we do anything else, how about we take a few of my torches, light them up and then jam them into the walls"
"That should give us a better view"
"Also lets keep our two remaining firebombs ready in case there is a rush from the pool by gill-men or tentacle beasts"
"After we get the light up lets examine the walls before we venture towards the monolith and it's glowing pool"
OOC: Lets stick together while we're in here that way we won't get separated if there is a charge from the pool.

<OoC> How about we shuffle forward in tight formation until we can better see the statue and look in the pool and around the room...?
Quinlan is ready for battle...

OOC: I just had a thought, how about we use a little melted wax to stick a couple of candles on a plate and float it towards the monolith in the middle of the pool to get a better look at it. I don't know crazy? I just want to get a better look at it before we wade into the pool.

The hall is 120' east to west and 100' north to south. Rusty metal braziers are arranged at intervals all around the otherwise empty room.
There are four doors. The one you entered through, 40' from the north wall, and another opposite it on the west side. The north wall has one as well, 50' from the west wall, and again there is another opposite it on the south side. Even though you tread carefully every footstep and whisper echoes throughout the room.
The pool is quite deep and empty, except for the monolith rising from it. The stone slab is almost perfectly rectangular and over 20' high, 6' wide and 2' thick. It looks like there could be passages in both north and south ends at the bottom of the pool.

Underwater passages, eh? Verklud will light a torch, and keep an eye on the doors.
