I don't think they're that simple per se, considering the problem I'm having figuring out the average movement of a fairy (which flies) versus a man (which doesn't) according to the rules as stated in 7.0. Being a relatively poor person, I can't afford to run out and buy the 7.5 version (and believe me, I'd love to, just to support the game)

If you are on a budget, but would like a more complete version of the game thry the 6th edition put out by "that company". $16 w/postage. I started with 7th ed and went to 6th because it is better.

I found a link to the Trollbridge from another T&T website but for the life of me I can't remember which one.
I must say it was nice to find somewhere T&T is appreciated. ;D

I looked at a potato I was peeling and saw...actually, I think it was mentioned over at RPG.net.

Came here via Dragonsfoot. Actually, we never got into T&T at the hight of our RPGing. No real reason why, we just never managed to pick up a copy. It wasn't until a post on DF about 7E coming out that I finally gave the game a look. I loved it so much I bought the previous editions...and the solos...and the GM mods...and more solos...and a second 7E tin...more solos...lejentia...and, finally, 7.5!

Oh, yeah - T & T was the second RPG I played...first was a white box D & D game back in grade school. Noticed T & T one day in the local hobby store (specifically, the display of solitaire adventures) and got the black and gold boxed set...good times, good times. Continued playing into high-school and then got a major dose of pretentiousness, decided T & T was simply and silly and except for MSPE, steered myself towards more and more complicated games...the big reality check was flipping through the rules for Phoenix Command and realizing that the game was virtually unplayable.

I came over from Trollhalla. I found it frustrating that you had to page though lots of linear postings in order to find anything, and then it was sometimes lost in the chatter along the way. I suggested to Khenn that we should have something like this, and is reply was that one had been tried years ago and had failed so there was no point.
That's when I created the TrollBridge. I play T&T in cycles and am presently in an "other stuff" stage so I don't drop by as much as I used to, but I'm really glad that this place has some traffic and some life. :-)
I just think that having many threads organized in parallel is so much better than a single long, rambly thread. That's also what I find annoying in Yahoo groups.
