I think we've also got the five(?) necklaces, Quinlan's eye-pearls, and the frog king's crown - what are they all worth? Was there anything else... anything from the room with that damnable dancing dagger?

I've got two gemstones from the collapsed room, and the crown too.

OOC: I made a list of treasure collected not listed on the PC Roster which includes things from the sarcophagus room. See my message #94 in the OOC thread.

OOC: Drugan has three necklaces I think, maybe four. I don't remember any other loot he picked up specifically.
Most of the stuff he picked up was tools and the like.

[OK, so somebody needs to collate all of this into a nice list, you can discuss doing it in the OOC thread. And most of you need to update your character sheets better in the future. ]

Poncho: "I vote we sell all the swag if the prices are good."
OOC: Ok I downloaded and went through all the threads. Here's our score - with thanks to Charles' scrounging abilities:
SWAG: 5 x gill-man officers' necklaces 2 x pearl 'eyes' from the gill-man statue 12 x gilded bronze cups 6 x gilded plates 2 x gilded goblets 1 x large gilded tankard 1 x gill-man king's golden crown Assorted gold jewelery from a gill-man corpse 1 x gold coronet from a gill-man corpose 1 x marble-sized red and black opal 1 x small cat's eye (chrysoberyl) 1 x large diamond
Can we find the offer price on all of the above?
Also, for the record: CASH FOUND: From Moric's room - 62gp, 516sp, 1140cp (we split this six ways, before we met Mel) Silver coins from the floor
OTHER STUFF: Moric's Journal (5 spells) Meteoric Blade (Quinlan or Mel?) Thin Gold Sheet with engraved spell (did we trade this to Moric?) Magical trident (to Charles)

Awesome effort Poncho.
Quinlan: "Once we've divided the loot and resupplied, what say you to investigating the 'old city' we passed by on the way here?"

The merchant becomes most enthused with all the wondrous things you have to offer and after some fierce bargaining, Alwyn strikes a deal that seems fair to all parties.
250 gp 5 x gill-man officers' necklaces 100 gp 2 x pearl 'eyes' from the gill-man statue 60 gp 12 x gilded bronze cups 60 gp 6 x gilded plates 10 gp 2 x gilded goblets 20 gp 1 x large gilded tankard 300 gp 1 x gill-man king's golden crown 200 gp Assorted gold jewelery from a gill-man corpse 150 gp 1 x gold coronet from a gill-man corpose 500 gp 1 x marble-sized red and black opal 100 gp 1 x small cat's eye (chrysoberyl) 50 gp 1 x large diamond (actually a zircon) ------- 1800 gp [Thanks for the list Porkbelly! So that's 257 gp and EP per nose. I've taken a note from my other PbP game and set up a Google spreadsheet for keeping the EP tallied. If anyone wants to help me with keeping it updated, please send me your Google ID.
I do not have the time to go through the old threads to tally all the XP, so I've set Varklud and Alwyn down for a flat sum of 900 EP from the tower. Everyone except Melanthios (who came into the game later) now qualifies for level 2 so you should level up according to the rules in the PHB.
Since Melanthios is just a 62 points short, I'll allow him to spend d3 x 62 gp carousing to earn the missing EP if he so chooses. He must however make a L1SR on CON or LK to avoid a roll on the Carousing Mishaps table, published in issue 4 of Fight on! magazine.
The inn is large enough to stock all common items, but for armor, weapons and magic wands you will have to make a SR on the table in the beginning of the equipment section (one roll per item).]Chet apologizes that the Inn is filled to capacity, but offers you a sleeping place in the loft above the stables. The accomodations up there are actually quite comfortable and at least you'll have some privacy. [Those wishing company for the night can make a open ended SR on CHR and draw their own conclusions. In any case deduct at least 2 gp for each day you stay at the Inn.
If the M-U's wish to study the spells they have transcribed: each of the spells will require as many days of study as their level and a successful SR on IQ at the same level as the spell to learn, if the roll fails the studies will have to be repeated (of course you can only learn 2nd level spells).
The spells Móric taught Drugan were meant for the good of the party, so he should perhaps consider passing them on to his comrades as well.]

OOC: Drugan will teach his new spells to anyone who wishes to learn and he will also offer to teach Melanthios a few spells if he wishes as he has the right stuff to learn.

Poncho: "Mel, I never thanked you for saving me from that rockfall at the tower. if you're going carousing then count me in too! I'm buying the first round."

Melanthios: "Poncho, you are right that this calls for a large celebration and thanks for the offer. Am I glad to be out of that place. Good thing we kicked those gillies' butts though, that king guy sure got what he deserved."
Melanthios looks at the others: "Anyone else wants to join us in our celebration. Poncho here has offered to pay for the first round. For the rest I'm paying since you guys saved me from ending up as fishfood and I sure am grateful for that."
