There are 3 reasons why I do not believe we will see SA republished:
1. They don't have the rights to all the material and it would require a lot of work to get these permissions.
2. All it takes is 1 person to say NO and the project is stopped dead. I don't think everyone involved in the production of SA has a yeah go for it attitude with FBI. Relationships change, look at the unhappiness between people within the T&T Fan community, people move on. So everyone has to say yes, for it to proceed, only one person needs to say no to stop it.
3. A significant number of authors and artists in SA now work for fabulous sums of money and some are no longer alive and have estates administering their affairs. Just looking at Issue 9/10 we see names like Rodger Zelazny, L. Sprague de Camp, C. J. Cherryh, Larry DiTillio, Liz Danforth, Michael Stackpole and our Ken St Andre. You're talk some real money there Lou.
I'm not saying it can't happen, I'm just saying, what an undertaking. I think that to get permission of every single contributor and fund the project would be beyond what FBI is prepared to commit.
Yes we will see more PDFs from FBI, but it will products that they currently own or can get permission to reprint. Not SA, IMO.

The version of "Monsters Monsters!" that OP offered for sale was the Metagaming version *not* the FBI one. Not that I think that makes much likely difference, as the owner of Metagaming has reportedly soured on gaming and refuss to part with any Metagaming IP.
Very good to hear that Rick plans to bring mre products to pdf. It's not my favorite format for gaming, but that's what printers are for.

Yeesh, what a time I had to pick to get back into T&T.
As I said over at RPG.net, just last night I was looking over my copy of T&T 4th and wondering about its legality. Now I find out my suspicions were confirmed.
I've said some nice things about "that guy" previously - so much for all that. Evidently his greed motivated him to demean a game dear to us all.
*sigh* It's time to cut "that company" loose and start supporting the people who sincerely care about the game.

It is somewhat comical that people think "that company" is motivated by GREED. I was publishing T&T for years when it was losing money. Now that it actually makes money, every penny it makes goes back into creating and publishing new T&T material. I don't publish T&T for the money, I never have. I have all the money I need. If I did I would have stopped long ago. Its a hobby of mine. It is something I love to do. If someone made me stop selling T&T, I would still publish T&T and give it away for FREE.
Those earlier editions mentioned (1st, 4th, M!M!) have been published by "that company" since around 2000 to 2002. So I’m not sure where people get that those items suddenly appeared on my web site recently for the first time. Items do appear and disappear on my web site when they out of stock, but they always return. As for Rick not knowing about it, that would be wrong. I’ve sent him lots of items to sell, including copies of M!M!. He often sells OP T&T items at conventions.
As for other people publishing T&T, I think its great! The more the better I say.
"that company" isn’t going away as long as I'm alive. "that company" is still an ‘Official’ T&T publisher. No one has tried to change that, not Rick or Ken. Now I need to go work on a couple new T&T items soon to be released.

Since we the forum members have zero to say about this you should be talking to Rick directly to clear that up. But from the email I had with him he was pretty clear that you should not be selling FBI products. You want to make that part right you should turn over your PDF's so Rick can post those up to the FBI store.
