I decided that it would be easiest to start a new topic for the list of all things T&T. I do have a considerable amount of additional information, which I will gladly email to anyone who requests it, but it's too lengthy and dry to post in its entirety here. This is stuff like dates for various printings, old addresses, artist and author info, etc
