I saw that too! I have to say i'm most impressed with the press we've received and the ground we've broke with the zine!

I read the 'zine properly on a roadtrip down to Indiana yesterday, and I am very impressed - there are a couple of things in there which I will definitely be using in my games, and I really want to play through the solo (I did not read it, but the concept sounds great - I intend to roll-up a new delver and put her through her paces!)
It's a great read and I thought it was an excellent production.

However, if you don't like it, you still have Danhems one (Which i look forward to reading myself)

I think that I need a roadtrip, with someone else driving, to catch up on my reading. Still haven't read all of TrollsZine...

Hmm... Three hour drive to Indy, straight down 31. But watch your speed limit - the cops patrol the route very closely.
You coming to GenCon this year, then?

Finished up my read through and I am quite impressed. As previously mentioned, the editing needs to be tightened up, but otherwise it was a solid first issue. I don't use solos much, and I don't play D&D 4e, but everything else will find a home in my games. Loved the magic items, monsters and especially the DARO tricks. More like this would be just what I'm looking for. Hopefully I can find some time to contribute something in the near future.

Well, I was coming here to say I have read TrollZine and it is awesome - I need to find a few moments to sit down and play the solo again (Varn the Unwelcome got his hand burned and failed to open a door . . . good going there, Varn the Unwelcome!)
Originally? I'm from the Sheffield in the UK. I live in Detroit now.

In an effort to further the derailment... I grew up in South Bend - love the Griffon Bookstore.
Back on point: I think that issue #1 looks fantastic! I am so so glad that this has come to pass. At first, I was a bit put off by the 1 column format (more used to two column rags), but eventually, I came to rather like it.
While this was coming together I was going through some real-world BS, which seems to have stabilized somewhat, and I'd be happy to do some proof-reading in the future.
I liked both the solos a lot!

Thanks for the feedback Ragnorakk. Glad you enjoyed it.
I have a solo from Tom that has had the read through edit, but needs a play edit. Would you be interested?
