Other than it's green... and moving... not sure. I'm sure we all as players have some idea, though anything that moves of its own accord will cause the characters to react with hostility I expect

Well, if memory serves me they never managed to kill it. Just freeze it... This doesn't bode well, lol.

I think the guys that have just encountered the armed men might want to negotiate as they are extremely well armed.
Try something along the lines of 'you were escorting pilgrims to the temple and got lost' and then bring them to Balgar and Falcnor (who have cut smaller versions of the scales that adorns the statue of their god).
All being well, they may show us some hospitality. Worse case scenario, were tougher as a group than as a split party.

Well, it looks like we are helping out the Brotherhood. Now we need to determine the tactics with which we will try and take the tier below.
The Brotherhood would prefer minimised casualties so possibly hit and run tactics? Go in, draw blood, antagonise them into following us into an ambush. That should be sufficient to take out a handful of aggressors and they should all live.
We also need to focus on taking back the weaponary as well. Hmmmm, does the Brotherhood have a map of the tier below (and this tier come to think of it) that they'd be willing to share so that we can plan our best course of action Danhem??
EDIT: We should also keep a watchful eye over the door we have been asked not to enter. Could be anything in there and, whatever it is, they dont want us to know about it.

Would it be possible to set the two factions on the next level down against each other do you think?
Also what does everyone think of selling the Brotherhood guys out to one of the factions on the lower level for a better deal?
I mean they seem to have the edge on Brotherhood and we might be able to set something up.
We could try that even if we stick with the Brotherhood, pretend to sell them out and lead one of the factions into a trap.
If we're really good we might even be able to lure the two on the lower level together and make it look like each faction set the other up and pull back while they take each other apart.
Just a thought.

Just a thought. That would certainly seem like a good idea. We are playing a bunch of mercanaries after all and, dwarves aren't really ones for holy crusades... At least not my pair. They're the 'good' traditional ale and gold types. Hmmmm, i think we need to size up the strength of all parties concerned before we try this one. The Brotherhood did say that they had more people on a tier below this one. Time to quiz the captain methinks!

Apologies for the silence. I'll update the game later tonight.
As a note, I am going to be out of contact from June 15-28. I'll wait to move you all to the meat grinder, ummmm, I mean the next tier when I return.

Is anybody still out there? I was quite enjoying this game and it looked as if it was really getting going. Hope it kicks off again soon.
