I will be continuing my series of how to write stuff for as long as it remains interesting and relevant, and as long as I have stuff to say.

Well, things will be a little quiet on my front for a while as i forsee it unfortunatly but, to a good ends!
I'll of course keep the fiction coming in as long as people still want me to and, i do plan to write the 3rd and final installment in the 'Secrets of Saxon' trilogy as soon as i have enough quality material to constitute it. I have the ideas sure enough but, not enough yet to even consider starting the writing process.
At the moment though, i will be focusing on getting the website up and running and, my Diablo II ammended conversion for Tunnels and Trolls, which looks like it could be a sizable document (sub-types, world, creatures, new spells etc) and, take a fair bit of time.
That said though, i have a number of documents that may be of interest to the zine which are going up on the website. I can send them your way to peruse if you'd like Dan??

TrollsZine 4 would be perfect timing for the conclusion of the Saxon trilogy I think Tom. Perhaps you could post here or send me a summary list of projects for me to ask for the docs for, just so my inbox is not completely overwhelmed I look forward to further instalments of the Solo writing guide Darknight.

Well, issue 4 might be being a little optimistic to be honest with you for the third installment as it has a long LONG way to go but, hey, you never know, stranger things have happened at sea!
Document wise i have 4 you might be interested in that have been drafted a couple of times over now. They are:
- My point buy system for character creation. Now cleaned up so that sub-types are truly optional (but discussed) and Paragons are possible.
- Warrior sub-types - Wizard sub-types: Both these lists are growing but i think introducing say maybe one or two an issue is more than enough for a short article. I've also filled out the backgrounds on them. I have a handful on each list at the moment.
- OPD#1: My first attempt at a short one-page dungeon. It's been drafted several times by me now and is certainly at a stage that it's playable.
Feel free to pick any and / or all of them that take your fancy.
I can also review many of the older solos if anyone is interested as i have quite a sizable collection. I'm also pretty well stocked on the Grimtooth suppliments too if anyone wants to know anymore about them.
Solo wise i own:
1: Buffalo Castle 2: Deathtrap Equalizer Dungeon 4: Naked Doom 6: Weird World 7: Overkill 8: Beyond the Silvered Pane 9: City of Terrors 10: Sorcerer Solitaire 11: Sword for Hire (i think?) 12: Arena of Khazan 13: Sewers of Oblivion 14: Sea of Mystery 17: Gamesmen of Kasar 18: Beyond the Wall of Tears 20: The Amulet of Salkti 24: When the Cats Away
Solo for the Intelectually Challenged
Pocket Adventure 1: Goblin Lake Pocket Adventure 2: Abyss Pocket Adventure 3: Circle of Ice
Trollgod's Exciting Random Rooms of Ruination
Grimtooth Suppliments i own:
Grimtooth's Traps Grimtooth's Traps Too Grimtooth's Traps Fore Grimtooth's Traps Ate Grimtooth's Traps Lite Grimtooth's Traps Bazaar Grimtooth's Dungeon of Doom The Wurst of Grimtooth's Traps
I also own a few GM adventures but, as i'm a solo gamer generally speaking, not many.

Hi Tom. I would see the deadline for TrollsZine 4 as being no earlier than the end of July, so see how it goes for the Saxon conclusion.
I would be interested in your revised Point buy and Warrior sub types to start with from the list above, plus any review of any of the above. Review your favourite perhaps.

Cool. Well, we'll see what happens with the third solo and, fingers crossed, inspirartion will strike between now and then. :0). I'll send over the requested articles later today and, i think review wise, i'm still a sucker for Buffalo Castle but, as i feel most of the world already knows it inside and out, in all its incarnations, i may opt for Weirdworld. It's a quirky but fun adventure and, i picked it up for a very reasonable price. . I'm also tempted to review the three pocket adventures as one as i have to say that the quality on those slid horribly on the third one. Ironically it has the greatest number of paragraphs as i recall but you can complete it in only 5 - 7, which is on par with my first solo but, i only used roughly half as many paragraphs to acheive it... Mine also doesn't railroad the player completely but, hey, it'll all come out in the review. :0).

I'll have a piece on Wizard's Duels in 7.5e. I could also submit the Prancreatonist a new Specialist Type from my Ancient Greek stuff.

I have set the proposed deadline as 31st August. Please post here, pm me or email me with any piece of your work you would like to see included in TrollsZine 4.
Art in particular very gratefully received. I do have pieces of art that need articles to go with them if anyone is interested in seeing them.

If you want, I could do an introductory write up for Imajapoor. It's my setting for T&T.

I'd like to offer my scenario "The Great Goblin Hunt". My players really enjoyed it, and suggested I put it forward. I've adapted it a little from play experience, and added some suggestions if the GM or players don't want an all fairy game. I'd love to see it edited and put in Trollzine!

Those all sound superb. PM me if you haven't got my email. If you have, email me with the details.
That intro come with art sonofthor? , he asks, hopefully

Hey Zanshin! Yes, I've actually drawn quite a few pictures of the characters of Imadjapoor that I've posted on my blog. I still need to do a map though.

I have a couple ideas for TZ articles:
1. QuickStart Guide for 7.5 - based upon the existing 5.0/5.5 QS Guide. I'd like to re-use the good stuff already there, but I don't want to step on anyone's rights.
2. 5.5/7.5 Errata for the FBI Solo's. A paragraph-by-paragraph errata sheet for all the FBI solo's to adapt them to the newer rules. 5.5 would be easier (and only needed for the first 4 or 5 solos, since most were written to 5.0 rules anyway). Again, I wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes from a copyright perspective, but this would be especially helpful for newer players.

Patrice Geille is doing an article with Ken which is kind of errata/clarification for 7.5e. that is planned for number 4. I can see the value in what you suggest, but that might be too much errata for one issue. Maybe in TrollsZine 5?
I like the idea of the starter 7.5 - but its already proved a contentious issue on these boards. If you can get Ken and Rick to sign off on the idea I'm up for including it.

I posted a rough draft of the Bards of Cala in the Characters and Magic forum. I'm going to try like heck to get this one in for TZ4. I'm also working on on the Digital maps of The Pit hopefully I'll have the the complete first level for TZ5.
Feedback would be awesome.
