I had no idea where to put this, so I put it here. If a mod would like to move it, I would be entirely pleased with that.
I do not think this needs much introduction, beyond the introduction inside the work itself. However, to give it some context;
I love T&T. Really do. Always have. I was a 5th Ed player from the "red" Corgi book back in the late 80s. I am as old as Star Wars, so I was a young 'un then. Did the thing all kids do with RPGs (no, not spend an inordinate amount of time leering at the chainmail bikini babes - well, maybe that too . . .); re-wrote the game SUBSTANTIALLY to include unncessary complications.
Played at university and after. Moved to the US. Got a demanding job. No time. Found colleagues who want to play. Got assistant. Have time.
Took re-written rules, re-re-wrote them so they are not as "put all the complexity in there!".
And here they are
Please - any comments greatly appreciated. I wrote to Ken for permission to publish and share these, but I urge anyone using them who has not contributed to Ken or FBI to actually BUY a copy of the rules as well as using these (although you can find free copies of the rules all over the internet).
Again, any comments greatly appreciated. If anyone would like to use any of these rules in their own games (or publish them in something like Trollzine) you have blanket permission. I simply draw the line at publishing for money - I don't think anyone has the right to do that with these rules except Ken and FBI.
