Here's an interesting find. Three classes (warrior, wizard and 'wanderer'), stats increase with levels and monsters have Monster Ratings. It reads to me like a T&T/D&D hybrid. A good one too. I picked it up from IKMIKT and I've reformatted (but not changed) the text here: sites.google.com/site/hogtunnels/downloads-1/Sword%26Spell.pdf?attredirects=0&d=1I'm going to give it a spin with my regular group next week. The game employs a few ideas that have been talked about before such as damage by class (rather than weapon), armour too. There's also a nice Power stat that all characters can make use of - wizard use it to cast spells, warriors use it to perform 'feats'. I'll let you know how it goes.

Meh......... I was pretty excited at the start of reading; but as I went on, that sense of excitement grew less and less. it IS a chimera of D&D and T&T; but like most admixtures, it isn't equal to either one.
