Hey all,
I was just wondering if anyone here has played through this solo (heck, this is the bridge, i'm sure someone has) and, what they thought of it?
It looks like a good solid solo from what i've read in reviews and what have you but turning up a copy at a reasonable price is like trying to pluck a hen's tooth from a foxes mouth.
I was also wondering if it lives up to the replay value that it suggests?

I have played this. It is extremely tough, and there is no happy ending or resolution, you just adventure until you die or decide you have had enough fun.
It is a Ken St. Andre dungeoon , so there is a reasonable amount of opportunity to increase stats. It has random path points , which I am not personaly a fan of but YMMV.
One of the few 'play a monster' adventures. Certainly worth picking up if the cost is not too excessive.

That's funny, I've been thinking about picking up a copy of this one as well. There are two copies available at Noble Knight for $40-45. That seems a little excessive, but I have no idea how rare these are. I have heard some bad things about the production quality of the Judges Guild T&T products.

Thanks for the feedback on this one guys.
It is true that the production quality on Judges Guild products was never that great (and i can vouch for that one with the few i own) and, left to their own devices, the content wouldn't be all that if i'm honest. Very lack luster.
This one and Jungle of Lost Souls however do seem to be diamonds in the rough and, from what i've read here and about i'd certainly like to pick up a copy of both. I'm with Danhem on this one though, $45 is a bit much when i've seen them as low as $30 on Amazon (Which if i'm honest, is still a little too rich for my tastes).
I think i've been spoilt by Flying Buffalo and Drivethru-RPG though. Lol.

$30 and $45?!? Good gosh. There's a mint and still shrinkwrapped copy that's been on eBay for weeks and weeks. It has a Buy It Now price of $20. HERE.

Also, I seem to recall that Ken did a reprint edition a while back. He may still have copies for sale. Ask at Trollhalla or e-mail him (his e-mail address is on the Trollhalla login page).

You get to a certain point and you roll randomly to see which paragraph it sends you to. Sea of Mystery had a similar mechanic.
I am ok with this kind of thing at the beginning of an adventure (as with Buffalo Castle), but I like to be able to choose my options as I dislike repeating stuff.
