let me see if I have this right, of the hundreds of people you know with PCs, even those with laptops, are having to work on the hardware to keep them working. Sounds about right.

This thread is, ostensibly, about a mapping program.
I have no particular objection to you debating the merits of one type of hardware over another. But it's really not very relevant here, so, speaking as the person who started the thread, I'd very much appreciate it if the hardware discussion could move to its own thread.
Trying to get this back on topic, has anyone had much of a play with the software? Have you found any particularly good or bad points about it?

For those who prefer simple dungeon maps, but have no skill in creating them by hand, I found this recently: GridmapperIt's a pretty cool little program for a quick and dirty dungeon mapper. Looks cool. I still prefer the old 1.4.1 version of Dungeon Crafter. I like this one too, but recently have acquired the Dungeon Crafter III Silver Edition but not had a chance to really play around with it…what’s the difference?
