After only 14 days on the market, TrollsZine! #5 has been downloaded 478 times (as of 6/26/12)! I am very excited about this level of response to TrollsZine! and the interest in T&T. I hope that everyone is enjoying the creative efforts of the contributors.

I enjoyed the entire issue. The short story by Lee Reynoldson was great - publish more! Can not wait until the next issue of TrollsZine.

Is it my imagination or did TZ#5 get no love from Ken? Also in his review of TrollsZine!#4 he says it's a product of the talented people of Trollhalla, but no mention of Trollbridge, which struck me as weird at best, if not slightly disingenuous at worst. Now, I know lots of people (myself included) belong to both sites, but is this now a thing? Are those of us who prefer Trollbridge now the red-headed step children of T&T?

I'm not a great lover of 'closed communities' like Trollhalla and so haven't joined myself. I don't really see the point in making a forum and then adding a layer of extra sh!t to wade through before being allowed to worship at the feet of the great trollgod. I know it's probably not that big a deal to become a member but I think there's a definite psychological barrier when it's set up like that, and I'm not at all sure its a good thing for the game as a whole either.

I personaly would not read too much in to Ken seeing a review for Trollszine as an opportunity to plug Trollhalla as well. He does so when he gets the chance. Trollhalla is clearly an important thing for him, and it does have its own vibe. Review Trollszine 5 yourself! In as many places as you can! Mention Trollbridge!

Trollbridge is a great place to come and chat and talk shop for T&T.
Trollhalla is like ridding in Kens car with the top down and crazy music blasting away as you pass T&T lovers houses doing 190.
Pretty fun and cool but I got no idea what the heck anyone is saying. I just shout "T&T Forevah!" and bang my head to the beat.

I find the Inner Sanctum at Trollhalla hard going at times because quite few clearly have known each other for years and they exchange music, bits about their day, etc...The Outer Sanctum is different and I think can work for all - that's where I think things are heading

As one of the ... music posters in Trollhalla... (There is a setting to switch off displaying "embed" objects if you follow the pagewalla link.) Trollhalla - the inner sanctum - is like a rowdy bar where everybody is shouting at once. It's a bit chaotic but it throws up some gems every so often. Trollbridge is like the snook. A lot quieter, no music or pool table. People have their pipes out and are discussing things sensibly. Over in the corner there are even a couple of tables where people are rolling dice and playing T&T. The Outer Sanctum appears to be developing into 2 places: - The forum where you can play T&T with Ken. Going back over the years - before CMS were actually workable - Ken made several attempts to get games going on line, they all seemed to fizzle out. This time it seems to be rolling along quite nicely.
- Article publication. Mostly Ken's but anybody could offer things. I used to do this sort of thing on TunnelsAndTrolls.com but it is much better here.
And, of course, there is TrollsZine. Tunnels & Trolls is really lucky to have a great publication. And it's free. All of these things are our public face to the RPG community. Not every format is suitable to everybody, but what a great choice we have. And we seem to be picking up new players all the time and old players are returning to the fold - realising the errors of their ways Horses for courses, I like having the choice. And you'll find me here and there. You'll find me evereywhere. I do like them Sam I Am... No wait, hang on. As to Ken not commenting on everything, he's only the Trollgod, give him a break, he's a busy chap. Tunnels & Trolls 9th or Deluxe or somenthing don't you know?

I've just been looking at Issue 5 again, and I've already raised this - and thank you for finally correcting TZ4, I really appreciate it, but I won't be submitting any more free art publications unless I can have a guarantee of my credit being correctly spelled. I am not Billiam "Bamble" - this is a big deal on sites like RPGNow / DriveThru because listed illustrators are linked by name to other products on the OBS sites, and this is why I give work away -for cross promotion- not to mention the problems with incorrect spelling in google searches.
Sorry to sound narky, and I know it can be a big job correlating everything, just feeling a bit frustrated.
