Intoxication chart
Drinks consumed ;
Drinks fall off at 1 / turn after 6 turns of no drinks. For each serving consumed, make Saving roll on CON with ¡V 1 for each drink consumed prior. ( L1 for beer / wine / < 100 poof, L2 > 100 poof)
If failed saving roll advance intoxication level by 1.
Intoxication levels Each level effects are exclusive Sobering up requires # of turns equal to # of drinks consumed + intoxication levels
0 SOBER ¡V all drinks at this level are refreshing restore 4 points of fatigue , may not go negative.
1 LK + 1 , CHR + 1 , drinks restore 2 points fatigue
2 LK + 2, DEX -2 , Other'ss CHR + 4 , drinks restore 1 point fatigue.
3 STR + 1 , DEX -3, other's CHR +4 , no aiming , IQ -1
4 STR + 2, DEX -3, no aim , IQ ¡V 2 , feel no pain -1d6 to any hits taken.
5 STR + 3, DEX -4, no aim , IQ -3, feel no pain ¡V 1d10 to any hits taken
6 LK - 1, DEX -5, no aim, IQ -4 , CHR - 2, must make L1 roll on CON to avoid room spinning.
7 LK - 2, DEX - 5, no aim , IQ -5, STR -1 , CHR -3 , roll Vs dizzy ( CON) , glass jaw L1 on STR if hit to avoid passing out. Magic cast requires SR one level higher.
8 LK + 8 , DEX - 5 , no aim , IQ - 5, STR - 5 ( pass out if 0) , CHR -3, roll L2 on Con to avoid passing out.

Late to the post here - but how about the player must match the character drink for drink! On second thought, that's a terrible idea. But still...

Thanks for the link, Charlie makes great products - I just downloaded and read it. DRUNK as an attribute - the answer was so obvious all along.
