I have been messing around with D&D style games for a long time and decided to try and play some T&T 7e with the kids. Due to having a busy life, I tend to make tools to make gaming easier for me. I have been using this tool I made... www.wizardawn.com/rpg/tool_ultimate.php...for quite awhile for D&D type games, but wanted to try and get it to work with T&T. Since I am new to T&T, I think I did ok with it. I had to make all the monsters, traps, and magic items but it seemed to turn out alright. I have yet to run my kids through a game yet...but hopefully soon. If anyone uses it and sees any flaws with it let me know...like I said...I am learning.

Neat, thanks. I generated a L1 ten room dungeon. I would probably phrase the spite damage (special damage) differently - e.g
'ANT, FIRE [ TYPE: Insect MR: 55 DICE: 6 + 28 #APP: 1-20 SIZE: S (2`) MOVE: 180` WIZ: - DESC: They will use their fire spray if they roll a 1 on a separate `special ability` die. This spray will automatically do 1d6 points of damage to everyone in front of the ant unless the targets can make a L1SR vs. LCK or SPD. This attack damage is in addition to any other damage during that round. '
I would say the attack triggers on a '6' on a monster attack dice roll myself (classic 7e rules)
Thank you. Have an exalt.

Firstly, welcome, Wizardawn! I've seen some of your generators before, and was pretty impressed by them.
When I try to generate a T & T dungeon, I get monster stats like this:
COBRA [ Type: Reptile | Size: M | Speed: 120` | Group: 1-4 | Rarity: 2 | Level: 5 | Armor: 5 | Might: 4+2 | Hit Score: 16 | Attacks: 1 | Damage: 1-3 | Intellect: 1 | Dwelling: 0 | Morality: Fair | Bravery: 15 | Magic Protection: 0 | Notes: Unique Attack (See Rules) ] -- There are 3 in this area [LIFE: 23, 21, 17]
I'm guessing that there's some value pointing to the wrong monster tables, although it's a bit strange since it seems to have worked for zanshin.

When I try to generate a T & T dungeon, I get monster stats like this... You have to pick "Tunnels & Trolls" for the game...you have "Advanced Edition" selected. I would say the attack triggers on a '6' on a monster attack dice roll myself (classic 7e rules) How about this instead... They will use their fire spray if they roll a '6' at least 2x with their attack...thus ignoring spite damage. This spray will automatically do 1d6 points of damage to everyone in front of the ant unless the targets can make a L1SR vs. LCK or SPD. This attack damage is in addition to any other damage during that round.

Weird. I did have Advanced Edition selected when I went back to the page, but I definitely selected Tunnels & Trolls and re-checked that it was selected when the output wasn't what I expected.
It's certainly working now. An Exalt will be coming your way as soon as my Exalterator has recharged...

Like "zanshin" did...don't be shy about giving feedback. As I previously stated...I am new with T&T so I am trying to establish a good baseline for the generators.

Overall, I like it a lot. I'd have to run through the output a few times to see if it matched my expectations on frequency of monster types appearing, and a few things like that, but overall I could certainly see myself using this.
Two comments:
1. Is there supposed to be a map made of geomorphs? I'm not getting one, and I have all of the mapping options selected (I think). 2. T & T uses languages more than many other systems. It might be nice for intelligent monsters to have languages listed.

1. Is there supposed to be a map made of geomorphs? I'm not getting one, and I have all of the mapping options selected (I think). In the instructions on the bottom is this... 8. Choose a MAP WIDTH and HEIGHT. If you have your own map, then select the number of rooms it has....which means if you have your own map of 20 rooms (for example), you would enter "20" in the MY MAP'S ROOMS box. If you want a map generated...leave that blank and simply choose the MAP WIDTH and MAP HEIGHT. 2. T & T uses languages more than many other systems. It might be nice for intelligent monsters to have languages listed. Boy...where would I begin figuring that out? Or do I just make it up? Maybe I can do that.

Ah, I entered height and width as well as the number of rooms. I missed that bit in the instructions.
I forgot - you're using 7th edition, which doesn't have a language list. I can send you the details of the language list from 5th, if that would help?

Very happy with your proposed tweak Wizardawn, it brings it in line with the rules. Thank you for a great resource.

This now has an option for either 5th or 7th edition. I will add deluxe support shortly after it is released.
