Within Master Ho's satchel, Black Cockerel's gladiator pit, Seedy side of Kendor
With the resettling of Master Ho's satchel, Flick is now able to make out a faint purple outline on the wall near which is a small pile of sawdust his nose had detected earlier. Craning his neck around as best he can in the confines of the pouch, Flick tries to make out the crowd between them and the glowing portal as well as Nebless' current position. Seeing the number of people present, all seemingly enthralled with the violent spectacle just concluded, the little wizard wishes he had stronger, or perhaps more subtle, spells at his call. He closes his eyes and reaches out to feel the vibrations of the area. This particular side of town would respond well to Call of the Wild. The build up of garbage and debris in the alleys and roads would make for an attractive environment for insects and rodents. Mother, I pray we do not need their assistance...
Master Ho moves slowly but purposefully through the crowd towards the unveiled secret door. Flick, hiding in the shaman's pack is along for the ride. Literally.
What of the others?
Nebless, Dumfis, Banoc and Finnegan are all moving with the surging crowd back up towards the bar. I'll let a swift backward glance to locate his comrades allow Nebless to see the result of Master Ho's spell, but he's about twenty feet away from the secret door with a lot of people between it and him.
De Morsac, on the other hand, having whispered his suspicions to Master Ho, is quick enough to slip in close to the tattooed outlander and move with him towards the door...
De Morsac:L1LKSR. Dice roll: 3 + 1 = Fumble!
...while unfortunately completely missing something else that might have been of interest to him... Ah well, never mind!
O.O.C: But the BIG question is how many of the ragged, ill-favoured crowd have noticed the results of Master Ho's spell? He made a L1LKSR, barely missing out on a L2, so not bad, but...)
In the immediate vicinity of the revealed door a number of voices start to pipe up, although they are currently largely lost in the noisy tumult surrounding Nebless' pit victory.
Master Ho reaches the secret door and presses his hands against it. There is a slight shhunnkk and he feels the wall give easily before his touch. He can open it and step through if he so desires.
Meanwhile, the yells and shouts of surprise at his arcane revelation are growing louder and more focussed. The shaman is conscious of an increasing number of unfriendly eyes upon him. He hears a bellow of "OI! WHAT'S YOUR GAME?" from the far side of the pit. De Morsac notes a number of armed, armoured and hardened-looking ruffians attempting to force a path through the crowd towards them, hands reaching for weapon hilts, looks of murderous suspicion on their faces.
Meanwhile, Nebless, Dumfis, along with Banoc and Finnegan, are exiting the pit chamber and making their way back along the corridor to the bar proper...
Master Ho assesses the situation and, all things considered, decides that it might be better to step through the secret door now rather than end up entangled in an uneven fight. "This might become a little rough... right about now!" he whispers to Flick.
While moving, he starts concentrating his thoughts towards the nearest spirit of Disorder, while touching a tattoo on one of this forearms in the shape of two intertwined semi-circles.
As nobody seems to have really noticed him, de Morsac will just stay alert and will help Master Ho if anyone should try to attack him. Right now, de Morsac is scanning the crowd in an effort to identify any would-be aggressors, with particular emphasis on tattooed outlanders.
O.O.C: Okay, so if I understand it aright Master Ho, de Morsac and Flick are slipping through the secret door in the Pit chamber while Nebless and company are exiting the tavern as swiftly as they may?
Unless anybody wants to correct me on that I shall move events forward in the next 24 hours or so...

O.O.C: I haven't posted for Flick in the latest round because there's only just so much commentary that can be made from inside a satchel. I'm good with sticking with Master Ho and De Morsac and heading into the unknown tunnel? Treasure chamber? Laundry room?
I'll have the deep-fried battered pixie with balrog dipping sauce and a Hobgoblin ale.
