Everybody knows that warriors cannot cast spells, but is that the end of the story? I propose two sub-types of warriors and a way to employ Kremm resistance. One warrior type cannot cast spells, but can channel WIZ for magic item use. The second type cannot cast spells or channel WIZ for magic item use, but, when holding a weapon made of meteoric iron, has Kremm resistance, as from 7e. If only wielding such a weapon in one hand, e can resist at a rate of one of eir own WIZ for one of the enemy WIZ, and with such weapons in both hands, can resist at a rate of one of eir WIZ for two of the enemy WIZ.

Sounds worth playing it out. We use khremm resistance because most players seem to think it adds to the game without being fussy. I like it when a wizard has to think twice about letting rip because he/she might not be able to hit a second time- makes wizards think beyond TTYF and Hold That Pose. A warrior type that can effectively Vorpal or Whammy weapons? I think that would be a popular addition. Good thinking
