Hi All, I have worked through most of my recently acquired dT&T rule book (sits on my bedside table-haven’t been so excited about reading a rule book since studying my old basic rule books of that other game as a kid in the 70’s - if only I had known about T&T then...) and have bought and printed the Buffalo Castle adventure from DrivethruRPG.
Which of the other adventures have been updated? I believe Naked Doom, Goblin Lake, Arena of Khazan and City of Terrors have and are all on my wish list! 🙂 Any recommendations greatly appreciated- also excitedly waiting for K’Horror to come out..! Thanks all!

Not updated, but a great solo adventure, is Sword for Hire. I am also a big fan of the teleport adventures Beyond the Silvered Pane and Deathtrap Equalizer Dungeon.
dT&T is very retro compatible for solo's - feel free to give the older ones a whirl.

Thanks Zanshin, I have added Sword for Hire to my wish list on DrivethruRPG, it sounds like a good one! Managed to pick up a copy of Beyond the Silvered Pane on eBay and made an offer on Deathtrap 🙂. Have found a few people’s blogs and websites on line that have reviewed available adventures which is always a fun and informative read - I do like a good list! City of Terrors consistently seems to score highly so have my eye on that and Arena of Khazan!

Arena of Khazan is loads of fun, but probably appears on eBay and similar sites less frequently than a lot of the other solos. Possibly because it is so enjoyable. You can get a Deluxe version of it on DriveThruRPG.
There's an article from Different Worlds magazine (issue 7, from 1980) called Ten Days in the Arena of Khazan, which combines a character going through the Arena with an assortment of musings and comments from Ken. Well worth a read if you can locate it, in my opinion.
City of Terrors is likewise very good, and is also available on DriveThruRPG for Deluxe.

Thank you for your suggestions mahrundl! Much appreciated. I will definitely have a bit of a search for the article.
Very cool to see which adventures other players have enjoyed and recommend!

Adding another recommendation: one of my personal favourites is Sorcerer Solitaire. It isn't generally listed among the top rated solos, but I always liked the off-beat humour and general wackiness that was in it. I don't believe that there has been a Deluxe version done, but the 5th edition version would be very compatible, I think.

Sorcerer Solitarie is a little iffy on the PDF, to be fair the paper was super thin on these and the bleed through is bad when scanned. If you can find a good shaped one on Ebay go for it. Or consider picking up Adventure #24 When the Cat’s Away, it includes a revised Sorcerers Solitaire. But I will say I've liked it also. -Mike ADDED: I just looked at the 2015 release one (i have 3 versions of this PDF so forgive me) and it's better then I remembered. A few artifacts from bleed but very readable. So ignore my warning...

I do enjoy Sorcerers Solitaire. Definitely the best adventure for a starting mage. While the Cats Away is also good, but I prefer the original version of Sorcerers Solitaire to the one in that.
If you get hold of Arena of Khazan then also try Beneath the Arena, the solo in Trollszine 5. It complements it wonderfully (you are an enslaved Gladiator trying to escape)

I enjoyed the scan of Sorcerer's Solitaire seemed to play just fine with my copy of DT&T the ring mail made me consult earlier editions to approximate it to banded mail. It was fun and I look forward to doing the revised version.
