Where would you locate Millet's Crossing in Trollworld?

My every-other-Wednesday-night group is taking a break from Call of Cthulhu and has agreed to try Tunnels & Trolls. I've run games before (DCCRPG, CoC, ICRPG, Gamma World, Savage Worlds, etc.) but never T&T! (I've played solitaire and played once at Gen Con with James "Bear" Peters but have never run it for others.)

I'm thinking of running The Dungeon of the Rat and thought where on Trollworld might Millet's Crossing be located (and The Skolari Vaults, for that matter)?

I thought somewhere on Rrr'lff where eventually I might get to run them through The Vaults of K'Horror.
