YIPPEEE! It's arrived  Unfortunately, the line drawings by James Fallows on pages 47, 51, 52, 57, 58, 64 are not showing correctly on my download, though they were perfect in the proof copy  |

Could you post a screen shot of the problem. Maybe download from DriveThru again. |
