I, for one, would very much like to see this blast from the past article. Especially as a newer-generation player, it's both useful and entertaining to see cool ideas from earlier publications that would otherwise be inaccessible come back to light...provided all the copyrights are squared away, of course! Just to say that at this point, we are only likely to be able to include small pieces as additional content. So if you have a half page of anything (news/review/ad) we should be able to find room for it. Bigger stuff than that will be in Trollszine 13. Still tell me about it!
If pieces could be with me by end of May that would be brilliant. Gives us June to source art and copy edit.

If there is interest for the next zine I could do an abridged version of my T&T sci-fi rules: Galaxies & Trolls (depending on how many pages you could indulge me). As an idea of what it is about, here are a few excerpts (not in any particular order, just cut-n-pasted).
Galaxies and Trolls, or G&T, takes place in the Trollworld galaxy. In this future setting almost all races have access to spelltech, powered by kremm batteries. Magic has become the power of the future. Over the one thousand years since a spectacular spell failure first catapulted a Trollian into space (albeit briefly), rapid evolution and magic have populated the galaxy with hundreds of new races. For the general flavor think Flash Gordon meets Tales From The Floating Vagabond and add some space-age elves, uruks and hobbs. In fact the galaxy is big enough and the G&T rules flexible enough, that you could easily fit any of your favorite sci-fi milieus into it and start rolling dice.
Example Spelltech
Hellbomb Grenade: Explosion deals 600 damage in 15β blast radius and can blow a hole in most things. With its spelltech-enhanced active aerodynamics you can pitch this bad boy up to 500β at only L1DEX to hit your target area per 100β thrown. Remember, once activated, Mr Hellbomb is no longer your friend.
Needs: 100 charges, EKB
Power Up: no
Cost: Cr1,000
KYA Identifier: The Know Your Alien hand-held scanner will identify a creature scanned, detailing its species, origin and summarizing their relative danger to you as an MR-value output. Other random information may also appear on screen, like its favorite food (which may be you). Range is 10β.
Needs: 5 charges, EKB
Power Up: no
Cost: Cr100
Transport All transport can have just one basic stat: Transport Rating or TR. This works much the same way as MR. From this one stat the GM can determine all the main ratings of a particular starship, tank, cargo-hauler, etc. Armour: TR/10 (round up)
Structure: (CON) TR
Combat Dice: 1 + TR/10 (round down)
Combat Adds: TR/2 (round up)
Max Power: TR
Hold Capacity: TRx10 in weight units
These rules are expanding all the time, but hopefully thereβs enough here to get you started, or at least get an understanding of what I have tried to achieve. The premise with G&T is to simply transpose Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls rules into a sci-fi setting where technology mimics spells. You can of course add more detail to weapons, armor, ships etc., but remember: increasing the crunch will decrease game speed - G&T is an action movie, not a science documentary. As with all T&T rules, keep what you like and chuck the rest out of an airlock.
