Hi, everybody!
My name is William W. Connors and T&T was one of my first gaming addictions - I got started in the late 1970s. It started me on a path that led to over a decade of professional work in the gaming industry (although none of that was actually for T&T, oddly enough). As I've said many times, no matter what game system I was working on to pay the bills at any given time, my fallback for fun at home was always Tunnels & Trolls (5th Edition). I wrote one of the adventures for the T&T Adventures app and over the past few months, I've been fortunate enough to do some artwork for a few of Ken St. Andre's fiction projects. All that has gotten me playing T&T again after a bit of a hiatus.
Recently, I became active on Twitter and made some wonderful gaming friends there. However...how to put this...there was also a whole lot of crazy happening there. When I decided to take some time off from Twitter, the good folks for the Deluxe Tunnels & Troll account there suggested the TrollBridge as a nice, friendly place.
So, here I am!

Welcome aboard- I lurk more than post, but it is indeed a great community!
Which adventure on the App is yours William? I've played a bunch but not all (I seemed to have hit a wall for getting characters levelled up)

Welcome, williamwconnors!
I'm probably a little biased, but I would also say that the TrollBridge is a nice, friendly place. It's not as active as at some times in the past, but there are interesting topics still being raised and there is a lot of older stuff to look through.

Jeffb, I forget the name of the adventure (and the app doesn't work on my newer phone and tablet) However, the story involved a visit to a gaming hall. It was created during the development of the adventure creator software, so it lacked some of the features in-house programmers could have put in. I felt it was fun.

I am hoping that UGH! is a good thing... UGH! is trollish for “hello” according to the Troll Godfather Ken St. Andre.

Ugh! is definitely a friendly greeting, when used in this context. It was very common at one point, but is used less these days.

UGH!'s all around! Also, I know what williamconnors means about Twitter and Social Media in general-like any 'anything goes' site there will be a huge noise-to-signal ratio. Most Forums on the other claw, are dedicated to a single subject or hobby, with sub-boards for Special Interests and often an Off-topic board for catch-all conversations...overall, I prefer the structure of a Forum to the firehose of Social Media, but 'results may vary for individual' etc...
