I once found somewhere on the Web a program that would take one through a T&T-style solitaire scenario written as a text file. I don't recall whether it was for Mac, Windows or a multi-platform interpreter.
Anyhow, I can't find it now.
I want to try writing solos, and figure the program would be a help in "debugging." I guess I could write my own, but would love to be spared the work.
Can anyone point me to this?

Can you give any hints asto what it might have been called?

"Soloplay" is my memory's best guess. It might have been at a site with a character generator called "Mac 'n' Troll" (which I also can't find).
I may be misremembering names. I'm pretty sure it was at a T&T-oriented site.

This definitely isn't what you saw, but if you know php, the source code for Age of Fable might be useful ( www.ageoffable.net ).

Also, I haven't looked into this at all, but it claims to have an area where you can write gamebooks and put them online: www.onlinegamebooks.com/

dwayanu, the program you're thinking of is Pete Tyjewski's 'SoloPro' solo adventure reader program (compiled as a Win32 executable). It used to be available from Pete's web site - www.demonspawn.net - but it's no longer available for download from this site. You can try emailing Pete for a copy of the .zip file he used to distribute it in (at pete@demonspawn.net) - or, if Pete doesn't get back to you, let me know, and I can email you a copy of the .zip file of the 'SoloPro' program that I have.
