This is mostly a compilation of various posts I've made, giving my ideas for attribute modifiers for various kindred.
Everything is x 1 unless there's a value listed.
Existing T&T Kindred Balanced.
Humans: all attributes x 1

Leprechauns start knowing the spell 'Wink-Wing' (teleportation over small distances), and it only costs them 5 WIZ points

All Half-Dragons can cast the spell Blasting Power, regardless of their INT or DEX (but the normal WIZ cost applies). The spell comes out of
their mouths, like a dragon's breath, so they can't cast it if their mouths are bound shut.
[note: I'm not sure how to deal with the possibility of Half-Dragon characters lacking the WIZ to cast this spell. Perhaps they can swap rolls with another attribute?]
