You are right there! When I wrote my review in TROK, I was trying to pull my punches and support the publishing efforts of the Trolls but as this problem has gone on and on...
I still haven't received my replacement book or my money back, which I have asked for. Their stuff-up was in April and it's now August, disgusting service. Very poor products! IMO... Liars, thieves and con-artists, avoid them like the plague...YMMV.
And to think "GoldenTooth" counts himself among the Trollhalla elite.

Hi, Mike from Connecticut. Born 1974- Started gaming around 4th grade w/ D&D and got hooked. Started T&T in Middle school (around 1986). Stopped gaming in 1992 when I went off to college and just within last 6 months started gaming heavy again, mostly D&D 3.5 (also play 40K, C&C and WFRP) but trying to convert fellow gamers to get T&T going. I am currntly and Active Duty Army Recruiter with the Army National Guard, so I have some crazy hours and schedules, so may drop off from time to time.

Heya. I'm Dandelion the Ogre. I'm an ogre. Gaming-wise, I'm a 'gamer's wife'. You know the type, right? Woman at a gaming convention who doesn't exude 'gamer chick' but tries out a lot of games, nearly always for the Very First Time, and occasionally blurts out a quote from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" (even though she's never seen the movie).
However, I do have some interesting bits of experience - not to be left out! Want to hear them? Let's see... Back in the day, I was a moderator at webrpg.com (called magistrates back then, which was a dumb idea if you ask me - made us sound all hoity-toity) and played a lot in the RP forums. Also, I was on staff at several Double Exposure gaming cons. I was the con suite sweetheart, the one in a cute little dress who always made sure the Cheez Puffs bowl was full.
What else... not much. My only other claims to fame were getting kicked out of a campaign or two for playing a character that didn't fit the ooh serious flavor of the game.
In real life, I just moved to Cape Cod, MA with my husband and we just got a new kitten. Named Melody. And internet was hooked up yesterday, so I'm a day late in showing my face on the Trollbridge, but better late than never.

Ooh. Thank you.
Hey, wait a minute. Isn't Karma bad? I'm not great with Hindu mythos, but I believe the point is to get rid of Karma points as you go about life. If you still have any karma left when you die, you get another life. When you finally manage to lose all your karma, then you may spend eternity in bliss and oneness with the universe.
I'm being too literal. Sorry. Feel free to thwack ogre over the head. Ogre appreciates good karma.

I believe the idea is that you try to balance out bad karma from a previous existence by achieving good karma from this one until you are nul again.
In any case, welcome Dandelion!

Thank you! I accept the good karma.
I don't know if my quotes are accurate, either, but it's all in good fun, right? And hey, you're as old as you are now and have just met me, so that's something. I think it's reciprocal, though. I have a feeling I would've made an excellent gamer geek if I'd started earlier. And it would've been good for me to meet intelligent, creative folks like yourself who don't mind a bit of good-natured weirdness. But I'm here now.

Hi everyone!Thought I'd better get my finger out and join this forum so it doesn't die a lonely death like Mystic Visions. I'm sure most of you know me from the Trollhalla site, but for those who don't, I suppose I should introduce myself. My name's Simon, I'm 28 and I live in lovely Worcestershire UK. I'm a freelance artist, designer and illustrator - some of you may have seen my work cropping up on various T&T products lately. Apart from my first love, Art, I also enjoy film (I'm a bit of a movie nerd), music (I've got an eclectic taste and I also play a few instruments.....badly!), literature (mostly film related, biographies and comics) and video games. Looking for someone with GSOH, non-smoker........oh...err...wait, sorry, I thought I was somewhere else then. Now, where was I? Oh yeah... I'm not much of a role-play gamer - I used to dabble with Games Workshop stuff years ago, but I confess that I preferred painting the miniatures to playing the actual games. I was introduced to the T&T community by Andy 'Boozer' Holmes (Hi Boozer!). Well, I think that'll do. You're all probably bored rigid now. Cheers!By the way, what's all this EXHALT! business about?

If anyone has a particularly good or bad thought you can EXALT or SMITE them. Look at the profile of the person next to their post and you'll note that you can do this right there. There is a limit as to how often you can do this, however. I think once per hour or somesuch. I like to encourage a person to let the poster know why they have been EXALTED or SMITTEN.
For example, I exalt you for your question on Exaling. :-)

Welcome Ramsen, nice to see you here! I agree, we should all try and keep this excellent Forum going, after the sad demise of Mystic Visions, which was equally excellent, but not everyone can keep posting on 2 forums on the same subject, and it was unfortunate but MV lost-out. It's not always easy to post in 1 forum!
