I guess the safest thing to do is keep it in line with the T&T prices, since it's an article specifically for T&T. You could add a note concerning the prices being something more appropriate if a GM has lowered or wants to lower the T&T prices to something more managable. But I guess most folks playing T&T have either: a) already changed this and would change these prices accordingly or b) play it as it, with loads and loads of treasure to compensate for the high prices.
