What do you consider Low, Medium, and High level to be for the three latest editions (5.5, mythical 6, and 7.5)?
My guess?
5.5 = 1-4, 5-8, 9-12
6 = unknown (don't yet own)
7.5 = 1-2, 3-5, 6-9
Who differs and why?

I'd agree with you on the 5th ed. spread, but only because I'd bet I'll never see the other side of 10th level. The game tracks up to level 20, but I just don't see that happening.
Haven't actually played M6E, so I don't know just how quick it's quicker AP chart moves, but I'd expect the low/med/high level spread in relation to 5th would be in 'chunks' of 5 or maybe even six (1-5, 6-10, 11-15). It's only a guess though.
Due to the difference of level in 7th edition(s) it's odd to do a direct comparison. First of all, a character can start game play after character generation at level 2 or 3. The usual low-level play of 1-5 doesn't mean a whole hellova lot in that light.
What's more... I think the change in design actually changes the perception of what levels represent. In 7/7.5, I don't think levels can be taken to mean levels of experience anymore. They mean less that than simply an index of ability. Experience it's even trackable anymore, once you can start out (inexperienced) at level 3. That said, one would think that if you can start beyond 1st level, that the 7.5 levels would be higher... but a 10th level character would have to have a 100-something in an attribute. Sheesh. I guess people play that way with characters who have 107 in DEX and 143 in CON... I dunno.... Even as an abstract representation of ability and use of that ability, going that high with the numbers seems all at once pointless, silly, unnecessary and strips the gears of my suspension of disbelief something awful.

Yeah. I think that's one of the things keeping me with 5th edition rather than moving forward with 7th.

High level in T&T?
Thats a tricky one, in most cases I agree with TheMattjon as far as 5th/5.5 goes.
However there is always at least one character in the party far tougher than their level would indicate.
In practice, Level is a better judge of Wizards than Warriors or Rogues.
Of course I may well have just gotten into the habit of judging from ADDS from all the solos I've run over the years.
