Hi trollfriends, I saw this news go by and thought I'd stop by to mention it: GaryCon 2020 has moved all-virtual, and canceled in person events: tabletop.events/conventions/gary-con-xii-virtual-tabletop-gamingEvent submissions are still open until Mon, Mar 23 2020, 11:00pm (US-Central time, I think). I wish I could submit an event but I don't think I'll have time to put something together. But perhaps someone else on the boards could get some T&T on the list!

Well, I submitted an outline last night and this morning I see that it has been accepted and tickets are available. Did someone cast Little Feets?
Now I need to set the thing up on Roll20 and change the description from a sales pitch to the organisers to something aimed at participants. ANd joof joys - I get to choose the edition!

I set this up for 8 players max and 5 places are taken.
I am taken aback by the speed of all of this! It is now a fast-approaching reality!

I had roll20 character sheets done a while back but when I lost my last computer and missed a lot of time ended up closing down the server. To be honest i was never happy with my T&T character sheets and ended up instead awarding points for the most amazing character sheet per session. I would let people make their own T&T sheets up and take a picture with their phones and just upload the picture. The character sheets stayed up up to date every session and I ended up seeing some really awesome creative T&T character sheets.
With several dice rolling macro set up the game really flowed well.
