I've finished reading through various copies of KnockSpell, Fight On!, and the Sorcerer's Scroll getting a feel for which would be the best read for T&T fans. Well they're all pretty good-- KnockSpell especially for rule tweekers.
I was most comfortable with the Sorcerer's Scrolls, not only did Tori already mention T&T and show a lot of experience in it, the articles were broader and more expansive than the other choices.

Good luck with it kopf. Tori's scrolls certainly seem like a good outlet. I must get round to picking some up.

We should try making our own magazine or at least newsletter.

Agreed. It wold be fun to have an offical TrollBridge publication of some kind! :-) Seems like you have a decent title already. I can see it now The Troll Bridge issue #60.

We should try making our own magazine or at least newsletter. Don't get me wrong, I am all about getting a T&T flagship publication up and running on all cylinders. It is a great idea. At the same time, perhaps us we delvers ought to get our game's name out into the other fanzines and rags of current times.

Dragonsfoot website says it takes submissions for any game system. It is heavily OD&D with some Savage Worlds. It would be nice to see some T&T there. There are alot of fans that are T&T sharing T&T stuff on their web sites so if they put it on Dragonsfoot as well it couldn't hurt.
There is talk elsewhere on these boards about a Trollzine in the works.

I think that with the loss of "that company" it would behoove us to do something to promote the game. Besides I like the idea of me getting an article published from time to time.

Well, this is ostensibly what the Lulu page and TrollBridge zine will do/serve.
Nothing wrong with contributing to Sorcerer's Scrolls. Knockspell is very D&D/S&W/LL/OSRIC-focused, so, if the article is T&T-specific I wouldn't send it to them. Fight On! though, certainly.
Outside of that, there's few choices. Those are the best bets and FO! has the most visibility and notoriety. However, note too that the more to other mags, the less to the proposed TrollBridge zine.

Well for clarity, when is the drive to start works for the Troll Bridge fanzine, err newsletter, err What-Has-One?
I'm ready to start contributing, but I am not going do "the HoHo trap," which means when the publisher tied up my articles and works for up to a decade before using them.

I'm not in a position to do anything administrative, but I would love to contribute.

The drive to start works for Trollzine is on now, with Hogscape coordinating articles - he wants more!. Email him with any article you want to submit. His email is available on his profile. I have been promoting Trollzine at Trollhalla and on RPG net.
But its all good , you are obviously free to get stuff published wherever you can , and the more T&T articles floating around in more different places the better for our game.
As I said before , good luck!

Although I beleive a T&T specific mag would be in the best interest of the ``established`` T&T community, getting the T&T name i`nto other mags and `zines is primordial to expanding T&T as a game.

Ya know, both KnockSpell and Fight On! take submissions for advertising. Something to consider.
