Am I right in concluding that you have to create a Wordpress account to post on the Outer Sanctum?
If I could use Google, I'd post some suggestions. I'm just not interested in creating one more account for this.
Maybe we could create a thread for members of this forum to chime in on. Then one of the elite ( I saw your name listed on the Outer Sanctum mahrundl ;D -I'm sure there are a number of members here ) could convey it forward. Just an idea. No pressure on anyone. This does seem like the one good chance for players of T&T to have their voice heard in the execution of the design.

Am I right in concluding that you have to create a Wordpress account to post on the Outer Sanctum? I believe so. Probably a better idea would be to e-mail Ken directly - his e-mail address is on the Inner Sanctum login page, which is accessible from the Outer Sanctum menu. Then you don't have to worry about whether your message gets delivered or not.

do you think he would be okay with recieving e-mails like that? maybe if I put a heading of "T&T deluxe input".
I know he's probably a buisy guy, so I hesitate to break the mode the design team has chosen to allow people to chime in. Then again, nothing ventured, nothing gained......
thanks.

Well, he put the post on the Outer Sanctum, not the Inner. There are a number of reasons why he might have done that, but he's essentially opened it up for anyone to respond. I'd say that Ken will at least listen to anyone who takes the trouble to comment. He may not like your ideas, but I would expect that he will read what you have to say.

ken's just posted again on Trollhalla's Outer Sanctum. Kremm resistance etc etc... Just saying I think that I'd rather have no kremm resistance as the basic state, and have some different options listed as examples of how to handle it if it is desired. There was a lot of resistance to kremm in 7th edition (pun intended!), and Ken's suggested method seems overly complicated to my simple Trollish brain. derv, check out what Ken has said in this latest post about the comments that he is receiving. They may make you feel more comfortable about e-mailing him.

How about a skill option instead? Just like the Shaolin monks who train in various aspects of Iron Shirt, Iron Palm, Iron Head, etc. how about an Iron Kremm skill? This way, only characters who have trained in Iron Kremm actually have any kremm resistance. Perhaps it requires an extra expenditure of points to overcome the target's Iron Kremm skill?
For example, if Gar the Gnarly has trained in Iron Kremm (mechanically recognized as a talent in which the player rolled a 3 during character creation) it takes an additional 3 points to cast any spell on Gar. So that TTYF (cast at Lvl 1 with no staff) now takes 9 points to affect Gar rather than the normal 6. Of course, Poor Baby is similarly affected, costing 5 pts Kremm per 1 pt of CON healed...
Instead of a Bad Feeling that the Kremm Resistance rule offers lower kremm pool casters the GM could offer a statement alluding to the targets 'armored' kremm. Make this a skill teachable to all types and you could have a very eye opening experience for a PC Wizard.

Am I right in concluding that you have to create a Wordpress account to post on the Outer Sanctum? Yes, it's my fault, I turned it on. I had to wade through 600 anonymous spam posts one day. Never again.

Make this a skill teachable to all types and you could have a very eye opening experience for a PC Wizard. Leading also to the possibility of Iron Mages, who have the Talent to cast armour-piercing spells. They could have specialities too, so that you have Iron Combat Mages, Iron Curative Mages, Iron Cosmic Mages, and Iron Conjuring Mages. They could have battles in Library Stadium. ;D
