I've grabbed all of the suggestions and comments from this thread, and I'll bounce them off of ProfGremlim and Vin in terms of can we / should we implement any of them. I intend to respond with the outcome of our discussions as we have them.
One more thing: the administrative discussion is really only about things that will potentially change the 'shape' of the board (new sub-forums, removal of karma, that sort of thing). If you just want to start a thread on a topic, such as the spell and monster index threads, go for it!

I'm still a fan of having a sub board for collaborative threads. Just because I think it would help focus and cultivate positive vibes on the bridge. There's a lot of creativity here, but I often have trouble finding things I am looking for. Having a more central place to look for collaboration would promote more of it. But I totally understand if going the stickie route is seen to make more sense. Creating a new sub board may ultimately create more organizational problems. I don't think I have a good understanding of the whole picture the way veterans of the board do.
Regardless, love the ideas for monster and spell threads. I could also see a thread that helps pair up illustrators and writers. Somewhere that both could post samples of their work and put feelers out for collaboration. I'm not currently looking for help on a specific project myself, but if it existed it might get folks thinking and new projects germinating. I guess the Trollzine! thread kind of serves this purpose to some extent. But this new thread would not necessarily mean submission to the zine. I know, I know we want more submissions, don't we?

1) Don't think we stickied an item list, not a bad idea though

Trollhalla is DOWN. Just wanted to let you all know that Trollhalla is down due to some kind of problem with the server company. Kent and his tech friends are trying to get it fixed, but until they hear back from the website company. Anyway they may or may not be able to rescue Trollhalla, so for know this and the Facebook page are the two T&T forums that are working.

That's a real shame. Trollhalla has a very special character for a site. Hopefully a fix will be found.
Hope to see more traffic from Trollhalla trolls here in the meantime - the more the merrier.
