I've been trying to create some tools of late to make running a game of T&T easier. In that vein, I've written up a character creation handout to more simply guide players through a process that isn't as well laid out as it might be. For myself, I've created a concise adventure points worksheet to use during games. Since I'd already invested the time to create these, I figured it wouldn't take much more work to turn them into .pdf files that everyone could use if they wish. Just a few notes... First, the character generation sheet's page references are all for the T&T 7th ed. book. Second, the sheets are sized 5x7 inches. I did this because that size will fit nicely in the T&T tin (something I intend to do with all of my T&T work). I've found that using 5x8 notecards with 1 inch of height removed work great for printing these. Not only are they litttle trouble to get to the proper size, but they're also more durable than regular paper. Finally, I'd be more than happy to receive feedback on ways to improve these documents. So, without further ado, you can download these tools here: Tunnels & Trolls Character GenerationTunnels & Trolls Adventure PointsEnjoy! ;D

Very nice job on these! Hopefully I'll get to run a con session this spring and I will be certain to make use of them! An exalt for you!

I'm currently working on a 7th edition of the T&T Survival Guide. If you haven't encountered it, it's 4 pages of information: a) Player for Character Creation; b) GM during a game; c) Player during a game; and d) General use. The new version is at 6 pages so far, due to increases in things like number of character types and kindreds, and more details in the magic system.
Most of the data is collected, there's just formatting and layout and so forth to do.
When completed (which may not be for a while, at my current rate of progress), I will make it available.

I need that!
Please. *smile*
Know what else I need? A brief guide that tells me how many dice to roll, and when, and what math (combat adds, etc.) I have to do and when. And it needs to be the size of an index card.
(I'm not saying I want you specifically to make one for me. I'll probably make it myself; that will help me learn. I'm just sharing the idea because it's related to your project.)

Assuming that was aimed at me, Dandelion, I'll see what I can do.

Yeah, Mahrundl, it was aimed at you. I didn't see the entire thred until later. Though now that I've read about Maasenstodt's character creation tools, I might be interested in those too.
