Is there a way to view unread only?

I want to 'get caught up' and would like to view all unread posts and then mark all read.

Is that functionality available?

I'm also not getting any type of notification when there is a reply to a post of mine. 

Is there a way to mark a thread as 'watched'?

URL is trollbridge.proboards.com/threads/recent
As long as you're logged in, it will put a "new" button on threads you've not read.
