Alright. Let me just say I feel terribly guilty about this. I shouldn't. I'm certainly not at fault, but I still can't help but feel as though I blew the whistle on my very own brother.
Heck, I was just simply confused.
It seems that "that guy" was selling printed copies of the game Mazes & Monsters. However the author had, for quite some time, stated that he would never, ever sell the game and never sell printed copies of the game.
Anyway. The rest of the story is here:

I don't put this here to draw fire or ire, but actually, in the hopes that at least some of you will email "that company" and ask them to contact Mr. Legrand and indeed come out in the open and apologize and/or explain if it was simply a misunderstanding. Otherwise the silence could be deafening.
Also, to "prepare" you in future should you wish to recommend "that guy"'s (otherwise outstanding) business and the person brings up this mess. (I hope I'm making sense here.)
To this end I wrote an email myself to Mr. "that guy". For the curious, here's my email in it's entirety. (Don't judge too harshly, I'm certainly no writer. )
Mr. "that guy",
First I want to say "THANK YOU!!!" for all the wonderful products and mags and so forth and your undying (and indeed infectious) support for the game we love so much, T&T. I've purchased many items from "that company", both from your site and from Noble Knight Games, and I've never once been less than very pleased. I hope your support and good will continues and more than that, grows.
Now to a much more important matter.
As a fan, I feel I must plead to you to "go public" and make amends in form of apology or clearing the air about the selling of the printed copy of Mazes & Monsters. Mr. Legrand stated on Dragonsfoot that you still have yet to contact him. I pray that you do so that he will not feel it necessary to spread the word of this (which he has assured he will do). Surely you must know that Dragonsfoot is a massive community and there are indeed many T&T fans (and possibly many more potential fans, and certainly potential customers for you). I praise your company and recommend "that company" to any and every T&T fan that is not yet aware of your fine products and support. This will be very hard to do if you remain silent on the matter. The silence could be far more d*mning.
Please, come to the Dragonsfoot forum and clear the air and make good with the rpg community. Together we are all the stronger. All of us that are so like-minded strive to help, support and keep alive the older and (mostly) out-of-print games we all love so very much. We have enough to contend with as it is without internal fracturing and such.
Thank you so much for your time.
With Great Concern,
Eric Norred
I hope it's understood by he and by all that read this, that this was done out of love for "that company" and also for the satisfaction of a talented creator of a great, free game.
Thanks.
