I have many old D&D and AD&D adventures. The good ones by Gygax and his peers and I want to convert them and run them as T&T adventures. I think I have a pretty good idea how. I was planning on getting the "that company" Monster manual to see what kind of stuff was in there. Mosty I am concerned with how the monsters convert. The rest is fairly easy to port over. I also have some excellent older Palladium RPG stuff and 3rd ed D&D. The third edittion stuff is actually easier to convert with the exception, again, of the monsters.
Has anyone done this with any success? Tips please.

If you check out my website (http://www.aaronthorne.com/trolls/index.htm) you will find a Bestiary of converted monsters from original D&D. I used the following standard method to convert, and it worked quite well: Multiply the number of Hit Dice by 15 to get the standard MR. For every plus or minus to the Hit Dice, add or subtract 3 from the MR. Special abilities should be translated into special abilities like the Monsters and Treasure book from T&T v7, to the best of your ability.
You can see my Bestiary for examples. I haven't tried converting any actual characters from another game to T&T, though, just monsters. Good luck, and feel free to post your conversions for comment.
