Khenn's not doing T-shirts anymore! Aw. Guess I'll have to do it myself. www.zazzle.com/products/product/product.asp?product%5Fid=235271568429607729&index=1It has no text but it's customizable. By the way, if anyone buys this, they are in no way supporting Trollhalla. Just Dandelion Studios. Sorry about that. Of course, if I get bugged about it, I may be persuaded to donate some of the proceeds (such as they may be) to Trollhalla. *smile*

What's happened to Ken's T-shirt shop? I didn't know he'd stopped. Mind you, we haven't heard anything from him about it for a while. I thought the shop was good, but it was a tad expensive for me personally.

I dunno. He hinted at wanting more T-shirt art a while ago... okay, two months ago, but two months getting a piece of art done still counts as getting it done. And so I showed it to him in the hopes that he'd still want it, and he told me he'd given up.
T-shirts are quite expensive, I agree. Zazzle's aren't cheap either, the cheapest being $15.00 (I don't know what that is in £). But he looks so good - on the black background especially - that I might break down and buy one. I could add the text "The Few, The Proud, The Trollish Elite." "A Horde of One" is also cute, but that's more Warcraft than T&T.
Wish I could remember the US Navy's adline; with a Navy man in our midst it would seem more appropos... if it's something good.

Don't feel disheartened or rejected, Dandelion. I also produced four or five t-shirt designs for Ken a few months ago (featuring my cover artwork for 'Goblin Crag' and variations of the T&T logo) that remain unused.
I still reckon the merchandise idea is a winner, but not at the prices Ken's shop is charging. Surely he can find a company that'll produce a few t-shirt designs in bulk, at reasonable prices.

I agree with Ramsen. If the price was right, every active member of Trollhalla, and many more fans once they got to hear about it, would almost surely buy something. If I could afford to, I would have bought a T-shirt or two. I doubt Ken has much control over the amount he has to charge though

That's the nature of these online merchandise makers. If they didn't charge a lot, the venture wouldn't be worth it. The only affordable way to make T-shirts is to find a local printer with reasonable rates and do all the rest of work yourself. We're going through the same thing with Minions For Hire T-shirts. And, of course, Minions For Hire has a smaller fan base than T&T so it's even less worth the trouble.

Looking good so far Dandelion. I like the little, two-headed, pet dragon-y thing. When's the new comic-book out?

I have no idea when it'll be out. It's taking second priority behind Minions For Hire Issue #2, which needs to out by May. So this summer is an extremely optimistic release date. However, the more excited I feel over it, the more I'll work on it. Gotta keep passionate somehow.
I should update that image. I've colored quite a bit more of it by now.
And, yeah, Maggan the hew is a pretty popular character already. They're really conjoined twins, but military regulations designate them as a single entity, so all the characters have their own opinions as to what pronouns to use. And so do my fans!
