One caveat with the one you've linked, Apeloverage: the random monster generation has some problems. In 46 rooms on level 20, I had only 6 different types of monsters generated, 4 of which were demons or devils. 14 rooms had a balor, another 14 had a pit fiend, and 13 had one or more 10th Level Wizard Aboleth Mages, leaving 5 rooms with some other sort of creature. I feel certain that the system in question has more types of monster than that...

One of the attributes is 'dungeon motif', which mainly effects what kind of monsters you get - you must've had it on 'abyssal' or 'infernal'. You can also choose to have no 'motif', for a random selection of monsters.

It seems to do both, which is quite clever. I just generated one with a theme of 'cold', and it made the floor 'hewn ice' (slippery), and the temperature 'severe cold', as well as having arctic-style monsters.
