I just ordered this from Flying Buffalo:
What am i getting exactly?
Physically, what's the rulebook like? Size? More importantly (to me, as some might have guessed) what's the binding like? Please tell me it's not spiral bound (please, please). Are all the rules in the book (as opposed to on a CD).
City of Terrors...what's "pocket version "? Castle Ward...how long is it?
Thats all the questions i have for now.

Skathros,
The rulebook is roughly A4 sized (actually the US standard Letter(?) size). It isn't spiral bound; it's got the glued spine that I think is called 'perfect binding'. All of the rules are in the book. There is no CD, as far as I know - certainly none is listed, and my copy of the 5.5 rules didn't come with one.
City of Terrors: the 'pocket version' is probably the Corgi paperback sized one printed in the UK.
I can't help with Castle Ward, sorry. I don't have it.

Yes, it's 'perfect bound' and for once the term is appropriate. My rule book is still going strong after 24 years of use!
From memory, Castle Ward is the castle above Dungeon of the Bear. Although I could be wrong, it's been a while...

Odd. Most of my 'perfect bound' stuff that sees lots of use tends to fall apart. Maybe the cats have been sabotaging them...

The evidence definitely points to the feline influence. I never let my cat play (even though she really wants to)!

One of my cats would eat the dice. And the rulebooks. And anything else not nailed down...
A couple of the others, I think I'd be scared to involve in a game. They're rather too clever, those two...

One of my cats helps me play Magic. She's quite helpful. She guards my creatures so my husband doesn't kill them while I'm deciding what card to play next.
My kitten, unfortunately, wants to BE a creature... one of the ones that "must attack every turn."
I haven't taught either of them to RP yet. Maybe someday.

Rain of Kittens R1
<tap>, 1: Target player is now a legitimate victim for a target kitten to 'play' with. The target kitten gains haste.
