I concur. Was beyond low when those of us providing fan-based free material for T&T have their Lulu storefronts cleared out, but to pose and post as someone online is childish.

If anyone thought for even a second that Ken had written that, the spelling mistake (shone) should immediately dismiss that fear.
Not that Ken doesn't make mistakes but he doesn't clearly use the wrong word... I've got a fair idea who does though.

Though I missed "shone" I did note "sorted" instead of "sordid". Moron.  Doubly moronic was that he didn't think anyone would: a) consider for a second that it could be Ken and, b) that no one would take a look at the IP address. One more time for the record: Moron. |

I'd really hoped that Rick Loomis had managed to obtain legal advice that had resulted in the Lulu incident. Here's hoping these are "that guy"'s death throes and that he'll soon find his way, with or without help, out of the community. Anyone for Hobbit Tossing? |

Well the first tip off to me was refering to "Mrs. M.E. Volmar" instead of her proper first name. KSA is on a first name basis with her and would certainly use it in a situation like this.
Even for that Hobbit this is low.

I'm not surprised. I think basically he's got some sociopathic tendencies, look for him to continue doing what ever he can in any small and mean way possible. His options are getting more limited but his desire to strike out at those he feels have wronged him will keep pushing to do these stupid things. Eventually he'll burn out and we'll be rid of him, until then don't be surprised by whatever the latest dumb-@$$ move he makes.

I think that the most ridiculous and laughable thing about all this is that he apparently believes everyone but himself is to blame for what happened, and is probably acting under the conviction (or rather delusion) that he has been wronged and hence is completely justified to continue throwing tantrums and using whatever deceitful devices he can to show the world he's right. I actually think he's just not capable of realizing how wrong and illegal everything he's done really is. Like Machfront said: moronic and idiotic. Although the word daft also comes to mind. Moreover, I have more than enough e-mails that he sent me with the attached unlicensed art and instructions on making cover titles for them that are enough to clearly establish that every piece of unlicensed art came directly from him and nobody else. But also, and this has by far been the most amusing thing for me so far, I haven't even known him or contributed to his publications for 4 years, in fact, at the time we parted ways, I had known him for less than 3 years! I know... shocking, huh? Oh, and the grammar--or the glaring absence of it--in that post is simply hilarious. |

Jim is the typical narcissist. What is goading him on is the betrayal, at least of how he sees it of others. Many ppl defended him as the goose was plucked in front of him. This has lead to the sudden reversals, at least as he sees them, as an excuse for his current strategies (behavior). He's in the cold and put there by many one time supporters in his mind.
