Oh, if anyone wants to knock out a short (1 page would be nice, more if your feeling adventurous) GM / Solo adventure then that'd be great based on the rules on far - Our Man in KhazanThis makes me very happy! Good stuff!

"Our man in Khazan" Oh, my. "Deaf Goddess". Tartan flask. Belgian pug. Running = 30’ and ‘not bloody likely’ . ;D AND a complete backstory with further adventure hooks, all in one frickin' page. You gets Exalt. EDIT: Oh, I just noticed: ;D ;D SECOND EDIT: Post that thing on the Trollbridge's Lulu page, if geordieracer's willing. It needs to be there.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the fact that you've taken the time to look it over, ;D , but it's all down to Cartomancer for lighting the fuse with the RnR rules.

It's an excellent adventure you've put out there geordieracer (named after the TV series i remember from my childhood per chance??) and, i'm most pleased that you found something in the RN'R rules that was able to produce such a nice piece of work. Work is underway on what will be the true 1st Edition release (Just need to inject the Magic and Spells system which i have planned out in my head at least) and, also, as a special there will be conversion notes to play TnT adventures with RN'R! So all your favorite solos will soon be playable with RN'R and, other systems may follow... Except the other game. Lol.

Looking forward to 1st Ed Carto! Cheers Hogscape. :0). It's been really positive the reception the game has had from everyone here and, i hope that we can continue to develop the game further. Who know's, in the future it might even make us a buck or two (and, i'll see that everyone gets a fair split that put effort into this if it ever does). I've been thinking today too (well, for the past few days really) on the conversion notes so that you could use the RN'R rules to play TnT adventures. What i have so far is... - SR become SC. Level 1 is equal to difficulty 3. For each level of SR add 1 to the difficulty of the SC. LKSR are against Skills only plus 1D6, all other SR can be attributed to either P or M as appropriate. - MR15 = MON1. Each 15MR adds 1 to the MON score. - To covert a character: Type = Class Level = Level Start by creating a 1st Level RN'R character and then level them up trying to match them as closely to the original character as possible. Equipment should be easy enough to convert.

That looks like it will work, shall we use the venerable Buffalo Castle as the play test arena?
Although I think a Lvl 1 SR should be Difficulty Level 5. If your base difficulty is '3' everyone has a minimum 66.6% chance of success or much higher with a single skill level.
Remember that if you have a level 1 skill and a level 1 attribute you need a 6 to hit difficulty 8. A one in 6 chance is pretty good. That's why I think you shouldn't start below '5'.
Cheers

You could use my Never Ending Journey that Hogscape posted for us. You just need to retool the encounters to suit RnR. If I get time I will give it a go.

Buffalo Castle sounds like a great idea and, as it requires that only Warriors enter there is no reason testing cant start right away. I do take your point on board though and, i'd be happy to make the number switch (it was more just to demonstrate the idea i had rather than actually be used and, you have clearly put some well developed thought into this). :0).

It'd also be nice to have such a great resource available for RN'R. Oh. I've also been wondering if anyone can think of a good way we can get maxinum exposure. 1st Edition is a freebie and, i'd like to keep future editions that way if possible. Of course, i give full permission for authors to produce adventures and suppliments that they are free to sell for profit (with maybe a small commision, maybe 2% for me and, something for the people that made this possible) but, that's still a long way off i feel. I also know that's probably not the best business model but, i'm not really looking to make my fortune with this. To me, it's more like my baby and, i love the project as such. As i said before too, all the people that have made this project possible will be credited and, given a split of the profits of this, and any further editions. It won't be big bucks but, i believe in fairness. So if you can think of a way of making money from this, drop a post here or a PM if you'd prefer and, as long as it seems fair to all parties you'll most hapily get my blessing. Does this sound ethical enough to all you guys?? I mean if you've helped would you be happy with the split i'm proposing and, if your an author would you be happy to pay the small amount i'm suggesting?? I figure if we make a very small (almost neglagable) royalty off each adventure sold we'd never have to consider charging for the rules. Free rules mean people are more likely to pick it up and subsequently buy the adventures that are out there. It's an odd logic i know but, i think it could work. Like i say though, i'm open to other suggestions on how we could market the product.

I don't know how I missed this post earlier, but you guys have come out with some brilliant stuff! This P.I. Games company reminds me of the old Micro Games! I was thinking of a way to do a micro game, I guess PDFs are the way to go.

Here's an exalt, too. Been following this along, since you started, but I'm really waitin on them spells. And then, I will try to write a one-page solo sampler with it. I'm imagining one or two MON encounters, a trap or two, couple of spell uses or SC checks, and then a prize!
